How it works

What Ozkra does, what it refuses to do, and how the handoff to a closer is supposed to work. Includes the fixed prices.

Ozkra is an AI assistant that answers, qualifies, and books appointments around the clock for businesses that get a lot of leads and leave the close to a person. Roofing, HVAC, RV dealers, truck dealers, and industrial equipment dealers are the industries on this site. The pattern is the same even when the questions change: talk to the lead, find out if the job is real, put a time on the calendar, stop.

The close stays human on purpose. A voice assistant can keep a script, ask the same qualifying questions at midnight, and speak English or Spanish. It should not sign the contract, invent a price, or tell a homeowner what their insurance will do. That judgment is the expensive part. It belongs to a closer.

## The job is one sequence

A lead comes in from a form, an ad, or a missed call. Ozkra reaches them with a call and a text. The conversation qualifies the job in the language the person is using. If the lead fits the rules you wrote, an appointment goes on the calendar. If it does not, the reason is recorded and a closer is not sent out to discover that in the driveway.

The product page states the operating shape: call and text within 60 seconds of an inbound lead, 24 hours a day, English and Spanish, and a handoff of qualified, booked leads only. Those are design rules, not a study of your market. Your own phone log is the only honest measure of what happens before Ozkra is connected.

## What the assistant is allowed to say

Write the allowed sentences the way you would write them for a new coordinator. Who you are. Why you are calling. The questions that qualify. The windows you can book. What the visit is. How to reach a person. How to stop the texts. Anything outside that list is a no. Prices, legal outcomes, and promises about a crew’s arrival in the next hour belong on the no list unless a human policy says otherwise.

Review real conversations. When the assistant stepped past the list, tighten the script. When a closer keeps asking for a fact the assistant did not collect, add that question. The script is a living operations document, not a brochure.

## The handoff is the product

A closer should receive an appointment, not a puzzle. Name, phone, address, what the person asked for, the answers to the qualifying questions, the time, and the language of the conversation. If any of those are missing, the handoff failed even if the calendar looks full.

Your closer can take that appointment. If you want Ontio’s team to close in person, that is a separate, optional arrangement: a human takes the final conversation, at 10% of the signed contract. It is not required to use the assistant.

## What you pay

The rates are fixed. Pilot is $997 for 30 days. Core is $1,997 per month. Done for you is $3,997 per month, and ad spend is separate. Reactivation is $1,500 one time per 5,000 records. Sharks (individual reps) is $99 one-time, a live 60-minute session with Pedro for a sales rep or an account manager. Sharks Coaching is $299 per month, four 60-minute sessions, if that setup is not finished in the first session. Optional human closing is a 10% commission on the sale, and only when Ontio closes. The same numbers are on the Ozkra page, which is the source of truth if this sentence and that page ever disagree.

## If you are the person making the calls

The rates above are for a company. Ozkra for Sharks is Ozkra for the individual on the hunt, in any industry: sales reps and account managers. The follow-up you meant to send, the text that slipped, the list that grew while you were in a conversation. It is for someone who makes 10 or more calls a day and juggles 5 or more follow-ups. Pedro calls that person a Shark because they hunt their prey. $99 one-time is a live 60-minute session with Pedro. He teaches the rep. The goal is to finish with an AI sales partner switched on and connected to their calendar, CRM or phone, and email. That partner handles calls, texts, and follow-ups, so about 80% of the time can go to closing. That split is the aim of the setup. It is not a guarantee, and it is not a claim about a close rate. If the setup is not finished in that session, Sharks Coaching is $299 per month, with four 60-minute sessions a month. The Ozkra for Sharks page is the source of truth for this offer.

## What changes by industry is the question list

A roofing qualification asks about the house and the inspection. An HVAC qualification asks about the symptom and whether anyone is unsafe. An RV dealer, a truck dealer, or an equipment dealer asks what the buyer wants, whether they can decide, and when they can come in. The assistant should not use one generic script across those floors. The sequence — answer, qualify, book, human close — stays. The questions do not.

You can hear two of those scripts. The roofing demo is Ava for Summit Roofing. The HVAC demo is a separate call that books a service visit. RV, truck, and equipment pages explain the same handoff without a voice demo yet. Each of those pages includes the 30-minute booking link.

## A first week that stays small

Connect one lead source, not every form you own. Write the allowed sentences and the no list. Book into a calendar a closer actually looks at. For the first days, have that closer read every handoff before the visit and mark what was missing. Change the script where the same gap shows up twice. Leave a sentence alone if it only failed once.

Pilot is the 30-day version of that week, at the fixed rate on the Ozkra page. If the handoff is still a puzzle at the end of those days, the next step is a tighter script, not a bigger ad budget.

## How to tell if it is working

Do not start with a vanity number. Start with the piles from the roofing note, which apply here too. Leads with no conversation. Conversations with no booking, and the reason. Bookings a closer rejected as unqualified. If the first pile shrinks and the third does not grow, the handoff is doing its job. If closers keep rejecting the same missing fact, the script is wrong. If nobody looks at the piles, the software will not save the habit.

A 30-minute demo is the right next step if you want to see whether your question list fits this sequence. Bring one real lead path: where it arrives, who touches it today, and what a bad appointment looks like. Leave the invented benchmarks at the door.

## Questions

### What are the fixed rates?

Pilot is $997 for 30 days. Core is $1,997 per month. Done for you is $3,997 per month, and ad spend is separate. Reactivation is $1,500 one time per 5,000 records. Sharks (individual reps) is $99 one-time, a live 60-minute session with Pedro. Sharks Coaching is $299 per month for four 60-minute sessions, if setup is not finished in the first session. Optional human closing is a 10% commission on the sale, and only when Ontio closes.

### Does the assistant close the sale?

No. It answers, qualifies, and books. A person closes. That person can be yours, or Ontio’s team if you choose the optional closing arrangement.

### Which demos can I hear now?

A roofing call with Ava for Summit Roofing, and an HVAC call that books a service visit. Both are linked from the Ozkra industry pages.
